LOVE IT! I've read that the menu is complicated, etc. Couldn't be further from the truth. Easier than the music-only Sandisk Sensa I had before. I found a software to convert movies to AVI (little better than the included software) and the video/audio quality remains excellent. My only complaint is that it's not compatible with Rhapsody as that's where I downloaded my music. Oh well, shouldn't be hard to find a service that matches. I got a PMP-120 about 1-2 months ago.
