I'm having great trouble converting .ts,.bup,and .vom video files from burn't DVD-Rs to any files that the Zen Vision:m 30GB can store in its memory, because the message I get on my computer is that these files are not supported by the Zen Vision:m 30GB PDA(this is with the Zen cd software installed). In other words, I can't get the Zen Vision:m 30GB PDA to receive my burned DVD-Rs. Can you help me? I went on the Creative Zen Vision:m 30GB website...no help. Everything else works great!
